chicBuds stands behind all of our products. If you are
not satisfied with your purchase, return your
merchandise within 14 days for a full refund less the
initial shipping charged. Returned items must be
UNUSED, UNWORN and in original packaging.

EXCHANGES
For an exchange after use within the first 30 days,

chicBuds.com must include the invoice, a description
of the problem and a request for a refund, a
replacement or credit toward an alternative product.

Items damaged due to misuse are not refundable or
